The approximately 8,440-square-foot facility serves as a modern headquarters and clinic space for First Care for Life (First Care Family Resources, Inc.), expanding the organization’s capacity to serve women across Palm Beach County.

The single-story building features a clean contemporary design with standing-seam metal roofs, large windows, and thoughtful landscaping that includes palm trees and native plantings. Interior spaces include welcoming reception and waiting areas finished with coastal-inspired artwork, comfortable seating, and a professional medical environment tailored to the organization’s needs. The project was delivered with a strong emphasis on quality, functionality, and budget discipline.
